I knew the first time I met him I was in good hands. He is so easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He answered on the spot all my questions and if he didn’t know the answer he researched and within minimum time he had the answer. He returned all text and calls right away. Alex is a great communicator and a fantastic scribe. He kept me in stitches whenever we were together. Alex started out as only my realtor but by end I can honestly say he is a friend. We were referred to Alex by another young couple who had just purchased their first home with his assistance, not knowing our relationship would grow to what it has become. Don’t let his roots fool you, Alex is exceedingly knowledgeable about the greater Richmond area and various types of homes. If he was ever unsure of anything he demonstrated a sense of urgency and left no stone unturned until he found the solution or an answer to what we needed to know. On the flipside his patience is unwavering. Together we toured 63 homes between February and April until we found the perfect fit for our family. As we walked through each house Alex was careful to inspect every crevice, pointing out problem areas that could pose an issue for us later down the road. With the exception of homes that were beyond what we could repair, he was impartial in our decision-making process, often telling us we had some “healthy discussions to have” when we get home.
